Since all race participants must visit the Expo to receive their event packet and race number, exposure is assured. In addition, the Expo is free to the public.

Prices don’t include shipping, extra furnishings, electricity, telephone or A/V equipment. We will provide quotes for additional services.

Selling 
Selling is permitted; however, exhibitors are responsible for obtaining applicable licenses and for collecting and reporting all state and local sales taxes (currently 9.25%).

Please note that any use of either the St. Jude Memphis Marathon Weekend logo or the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital name or logo is prohibited without advance written permission.

Move-in Wednesday, December 3 6 p.m. – 10 p.m. (Not entry allowed prior to 6 p.m.)
  Thursday, December 4 7 a.m. – 10 a.m.
     
Operating hours Thursday, December 4 11 a.m. – 6 p.m.
  Friday, December 5 11 a.m. – 8 p.m. 
(Packet Pickup closes at 9 p.m.)
     
Move out Friday, December 5 8 p.m. – midnight
